Return/Refund Policy
Contact customer service and get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Place this on the package. This number should be written on the outside of your shipping package. You must return the product to our warehouse within 60 days from the original order date. For your refund to be processed, the product must be received at our fulfillment center within 60 days of the date you originally purchased it. It cannot have been opened or used. Return shipping is your responsibility. You will be charged a PS5.00 restocking charge per unit. The fee will be deducted from the refund. You will receive a refund once our warehouse has received your returned package. The refund will be applied to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. Refunds can be issued within 48 hours and appear on your statement in 3-5 days, depending on how fast the bank processes the refund.
Please include your RMA number on the package.
RMA Returns
Your credit card statement will reflect the refund as Proper Keto. You will also receive an email confirmation from our warehouse when your refund is issued.
Write your RMA number on the outside of any envelope to ensure proper credit.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or stolen. To ensure delivery, we recommend that all items be returned using a delivery confirmation system. It usually takes 48 hours to process your refund after the shipping department has received your return.
Please take note of the following terms.
The processing or refund of packages marked "Return To Sender" is not possible. Returned packages can only be refunded if you have an RMA provided by Customer Service.
Only the original credit card will be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
It usually takes two business days for the warehouse to process your return. Remember that credit is usually posted by your bank in the same billing cycle as when it was received. The number of days that it takes to post the credit on your account will vary depending on the billing and credit schedule at your bank.
If you cancel your account, our customer service representative may offer you a discount or partial refund. The discounted price or partial reimbursement can be accepted or rejected. You will need to use an RMA number to return your product if you reject the discount. You waive your right to cancel this order if you accept a partial or full refund.
